Refreshing Pineapple Salsa with Avocado and Fresh Mint

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup Pineapple, diced
  • ½ cup Shallot, finely diced
  • 1 Jalapeño Pepper, deseeded & diced
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS

Prepare all ingredients as directed—dice the pineapple, shallot, jalapeño, and avocado; juice the lime; and finely slice the mint.
