INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe bananas (plus extra for topping)
  • 4 large organic eggs
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp 3 Mushroom Blend by Eversio Wellness (Awaken Blend)
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • ⅛ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • DIRECTIONS

    Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the bananas, eggs, chocolate protein powder, mushroom blend, raw cacao powder, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and evenly mixed.

    Prepare the skillet: Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is melted and the skillet is hot, pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet for each pancake.

    Cook the pancakes: Let the pancakes cook for about 3 minutes or until you notice bubbles forming on the surface. Gently flip them and cook for 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden brown.

    Serve and enjoy: Once cooked, transfer the pancakes to a plate and top with additional banana slices or your favorite toppings.
