Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to Canada and the U.S.A. 

Orders over $75.00 qualify for FREE shipping and will be sent via Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, or another courier at Eversio’s discretion. When you purchase, shipping options and costs will be provided on the checkout page. 

For Canadian Shoppers: 
Due to the Canada Post strike, we’re temporarily shipping with UPS and Purolator. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $17 on all Canadian orders of $0 to $74.99. 

For US Shoppers:
Orders ranging from $0 to $74.99 will have a flat shipping rate of $8.99.

Please note: The customer is responsible for all federal and provincial shipping taxes and agrees to comply with all Canadian export laws that apply to the products purchased or received under this agreement. 

Estimated Shipping Times/Delays

When selecting your shipping method at checkout, please remember that the stated transit time for your order is an estimate. Shipping estimates do not include the order processing time of 1-3 business days. 

We cannot guarantee delivery timelines as mail carriers across Canada and the US are continuing to experience delays. These delays are beyond our control. 

For updates on your shipment, please check your order confirmation email for the tracking details and follow up with the carrier. 

We do not offer shipping cost refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses, or packages marked as delivered but not received. 

If a shipment is returned to us undelivered, you will have the option to be refunded for the product (minus the original shipping fee), or we can reship the order to a new address. Re-shipping your order to a new address will incur a shipping fee

If you refuse the delivery of your package, the shipping fee associated with the return of the package to Eversio will be deducted from the total cost of your order refund. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Products

Eversio will not be liable for any loss, damages or expenses due to shipping. Title and risk of loss is passed to the customer once the order is transferred to the third-party shipping service provider.
