Annaliisa Kapp is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Licensed Acupuncturist, and a mom of 2, who helps busy, overwhelmed women overcome burnout, balance their hormones, and feel calm, energized, and clear-minded again.
Her approach combines personalized nutrition consulting (available online) and in-person acupuncture in South Surrey & White Rock to address the root causes of fatigue, anxiety, sleep issues, and hormonal imbalances, so you can stop feeling “off” and start feeling like yourself again.
