What is ShipAid?
ShipAid is our stress-free solution for delivery mishaps. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, we'll replace or refund your purchase. Think of it as your peace of mind for a smooth and enjoyable delivery experience.
How much does ShipAid cost?
ShipAid starts at just $0.50 and is calculated at 2.5% of your total order value. The fee is capped at $15 for orders over $600.
What does ShipAid cover?
Loss: If your order is declared lost by the carrier or significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, we'll replace it without question.
Damage: If your items arrive damaged, we'll send you a replacement.
Theft: If your package is stolen while in transit, we'll reship your order. Please note that ShipAid coverage ends once the package is marked as delivered to your address.
What does ShipAid NOT cover?
Theft after delivery: Be sure to monitor your package's tracking information and retrieve it promptly upon delivery.
Incorrect or insufficient addresses: Please double-check your shipping address to ensure accuracy. We ship to the address provided and cannot verify that it is correct. If your order is returned due to an address error, we can reship it to you at cost, once the packaged is returned to us.
Delayed deliveries: While we aim for timely deliveries, factors outside our control (like weather or peak seasons) can cause delays. Shipping delays will not quality as a valid claim.
What if my order is late?
We understand that delays can be frustrating. If your order is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier (Canada Post, USPS) directly for an update and estimated delivery time. If they declare your package lost, you can file a ShipAid claim for a replacement.
What if I don't opt in for ShipAid?
While we encourage you to choose ShipAid for peace of mind, you can still contact the carrier (Canada Post, USPS) directly to report any delivery issues and seek compensation. However, we can't guarantee they'll approve your claim or the amount of compensation offered.
How do I file a ShipAid claim?
Filing a claim is easy! Simply visit https://resolve.shipaid.com/ and complete the form. Claims must be filed within one month of the expected delivery date.
