Free Shipping on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders ship free in Canada and the contiguous United States. We want your wellness routine to be as effortless as possible, and free shipping is our way of making that happen. Subscription orders shipping to Australia, Hawaii, and Alaska are subject to the flat rate shipping fees outlined below.

Please note: orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are charged a flat rate of $15.00 USD regardless of order size or value.
We ship via expedited, tracked services depending on your location. Carriers may include USPS, Amazon, Veho, Cirro, and others.
One-time Order Shipping Rates (Australia)
We are thrilled to offer shipping to our Australian community. All Australian orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $15.00 USD regardless of order size or value, with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 14 business days.
All Australian orders ship from our US warehouse. Please note that we do not offer returns on international orders.
Processing Time
A Note on Tracking
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we use a zone-skipping service for Canadian and US orders. This means tracking updates may not appear frequently at first — do not worry, your package is still on its way to you. If you do not see any tracking updates after 7 business days, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will happily look into it for you.
Once your order is packed and labelled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. If you do not see it by the next business day, please check your junk or spam folder just in case. For the most up-to-date tracking information, we recommend checking directly with the carrier using your tracking link.
Estimated Delivery Times
Transit times are estimates only and do not include our 1- to 3-business-day processing time. While we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Carriers may experience delays due to weather or unforeseen logistical issues, and Australian international shipments may occasionally be held up in customs. These delays are unfortunately beyond our control, but we promise we are cheering your package on every step of the way.
Taxes & Duties
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees and agree to comply with Canadian and US export laws for the products they receive.
Undelivered, Returned, and Refused Shipments
We do not offer shipping cost refunds for delays, incorrectly provided addresses, or packages marked as delivered but not received.
If a shipment is returned to us undelivered, you will have the option to receive a refund for the product value minus the original shipping fee, or to have the order reshipped to a new address. Reshipping to a new address will incur a shipping fee.
If you refuse delivery of your package, the cost of returning the package to Eversio will be deducted from your order refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Products
We want every order to reach you in perfect condition. Eversio will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expenses due to shipping. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the carrier.

Add-ons & Substitutions
We are committed to providing an efficient and positive experience for every customer. Due to order volume, we are unable to accommodate add-ons or substitutions after your order has been confirmed at checkout. We appreciate your understanding.
Order Cancellation & Policy Abuse
Eversio Wellness reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or void any order that we reasonably believe has been placed fraudulently, in bad faith, or in abuse of our pricing, shipping, or promotions policies. This includes but is not limited to orders placed to exploit free shipping thresholds, promotional codes, or subscription benefits. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will be notified, and any charge will be refunded in full.
