We ship to Canada, the USA, and now Australia

We’re so excited to get your order on its way! Here’s everything you need to know about shipping times and what to expect.

For Canadian Shoppers: 

All Canadian orders ship from our Delta, BC warehouse.
 Free shipping on orders $75 CAD and over
📦 Orders under $75 CAD ship for a flat rate of $8.99 CAD
We ship using expedited, tracked services depending on your location:
Stallion Economy Express (via Fleet Optics or UniUni) for urban addresses

Canada Post Expedited Parcel for PO boxes and rural locations

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we use a zone-skipping service. This means tracking updates may not appear frequently at first — don’t worry, your package is still moving! If you don’t see any tracking updates after 7 business days, please reach out to our customer service team and we’ll happily look into it for you.
After processing (1–3 business days), delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Canada, provided there are no unexpected carrier delays.

For US Shoppers:

 Free shipping on orders $75 USD and over

📦 Orders under $75 USD ship for a flat rate of $8.99 USD

We ship via expedited, tracked services depending on your location. Carriers may include USPS, Amazon, Veho, Cirro, and others.

Just like in Canada, we use a zone-skipping service to speed things up — which means tracking updates may not refresh frequently at first. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 7 business days, please reach out and we’ll gladly help.
Once your order has shipped (after our 1–3 business day processing time), delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the US, provided there are no unforeseen transit delays.

For Australian Shoppers:

We’re thrilled to now offer shipping to Australia!

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size and weight.

We offer both International Standard (10-14 business days) and International Expedited (4-5 business days).

All orders ship out of our US Warehouse. 

**Please note: we do not offer returns on international orders.

A quick note on taxes & regulations:
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties and agree to comply with Canadian and US export laws for the products they receive.

Estimated Shipping Times/Delays

When choosing your shipping method at checkout, please keep in mind that transit times are estimates only. They do not include our 1–3 business day processing time (that’s when we carefully pack your goodies!).
While we always do our best to get your order to you quickly, we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates. Carriers across Canada and the US may experience delays due to weather or unforeseen logistical issues, and Australian international shipments may occasionally be delayed in customs. These delays are unfortunately beyond our control — but we promise we’re cheering your package on every step of the way!
Once your order is packed and labeled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see it by the next business day, please check your Junk/Spam folder just in case.
For the most up-to-date tracking information, we recommend checking directly with the carrier using your tracking link.
We do not offer shipping cost refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses, or packages marked as delivered but not received. 

If a shipment is returned to us undelivered, you will have the option to be refunded for the product (minus the original shipping fee), or we can reship the order to a new address. Re-shipping your order to a new address will incur a shipping fee

If you refuse the delivery of your package, the shipping fee associated with the return of the package to Eversio will be deducted from the total cost of your order refund. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Products

Eversio will not be liable for any loss, damages or expenses due to shipping. Title and risk of loss is passed to the customer once the order is transferred to the third-party shipping service provider.
