Where is my order?
You should have received a confirmation email from hello@eversiowellness.com. If you did not receive this, please check your spam folder.
This email contains a "View Your Order" button, which you can click to view your "Order Summary" page.
On the "Order Summary" page, you can:
- track your order
- manage your subscription
- view your order details
Your order details will confirm:
- the email that was used to place the order
- the billing address
- the shipping address
- the payment method
I can't find my account!
It's possible to place a subscription order without setting up an account. To set up your account, go to the website's home page and click on the "tiny human icon" at the top right or click here.
Clicking on this icon will bring you to the Login page, where you can select "Create Account."
Once you have created an account you click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS to modify.
How do I change or cancel subscription?
If you ever want to swap products, pause your subscription, or cancel it, you can do so at any time by clicking on the "Account & Subscriptions" link at the top of our website.
On this page, you can view and edit both your account information and your subscription details:
- add or swap products
- update payment information
- update address and shipping information
- manage upcoming orders (skip shipments or change future dates)
- view order history
- cancel subscription
Can I change my order?
We begin to fulfill orders immediately upon receipt, and are therefore unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. Thank you for your understanding and for taking the time to double-check your order prior to checking out to be sure you are getting exactly what you need. Your happiness is our happiness!

Which product is right for you will depend on multiple factors: your current health status, your desired area of support, your lifestyle, and the benefits of each mushroom. Because this is so individualized, we've created our very own quiz to help determine which product is best for you.

I just got my mushrooms. Where do I start?
We are so excited you're starting your mushrooms for wellness journey! We have mushroom supplements that can support healthy cognition, maintain optimal energy levels, and help you start your day right and have a restful evening.
We love to "stack" (take more than one type of mushroom at a time)! However, if you're new to mushroom nutrition, it may be best to introduce one product at a time as they affect everyone differently.
We start the morning with 1/2 tsp of one of our EVERBLENDS in our daily smoothie. Then take capsules of whatever the moment might call for mid day, and we might end the day with Chill Now reishi capsules in the evening or 30-60 minutes before bed to support optimal relaxation + sleep quality.
Remember to take your mushrooms with food to avoid any tummy trouble.

International Shipments
We are only shipping to Canada and the USA at this time.
If you are outside of Canada or the USA, you are welcome to use a freight forwarder service like ShipByMail. This provides you with a Canadian address that you can ship to which will then complete the shipping to your final destination.

We respond to all contact form and email messages within 48 hours, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm PST.
