Looking for a snack that’s sweet, satisfying, and actually good for you? These Chocolate Blueberry Yogurt Clusters are exactly that. Packed with protein, antioxidants, and a little magical mushroom boost, they’re perfect for a quick breakfast, a post-workout treat, or just a guilt-free indulgence.
Why You’ll Love Them:
- High-protein: Thanks to Greek yogurt, these clusters help keep you full and energized.
- Antioxidant-packed: Blueberries and dark chocolate make this snack as good for your body as it is for your taste buds.
- Customizable sweetness: Add honey if you like a sweeter treat, or skip it for a lighter option.
- Fun and portable: Freeze them for an easy grab-and-go snack!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 cups 0% Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 tsp Eversio 3 Mushroom Blend
- 2 tbsp honey (optional)
- ½ cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut oil

DIRECTIONS
Mix the base: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, 3 Mushroom Blend, and honey (if using). Gently fold in the blueberries.
Form your clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon the yogurt mixture into small clusters (about 1–2 tablespoons each). Pop them in the freezer for 30–40 minutes, or until fully firm.
Melt the chocolate: While your clusters are freezing, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
Coat the clusters: Once frozen, dip or drizzle each yogurt cluster with the melted chocolate.
Freeze to set: Return the chocolate-coated clusters to the freezer for another 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
Storage Tips: Keep these clusters in an airtight container in the freezer. They last up to two weeks, making them the perfect make-ahead snack.
