Sweet and Salty Seed Cups

These seedy superfood cups are the perfect snack to fuel your day!

Packed with a powerhouse of nutrients, each bite provides a hearty dose of healthy fats, plant-based protein, and essential vitamins and minerals. Combining the nutty crunch of pumpkin, chia, hemp, flax, and sesame seeds with the boost of Eversio's 4 Mushroom Blend, these cups offer delicious flavour and incredible health benefits.

Lightly sweetened with maple syrup or honey and flavored with cinnamon and vanilla, these cups are baked to golden perfection and make a quick, grab-and-go treat. Whether you're looking for a post-workout snack or a nutritious energy boost, these cups have you covered!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds  
  • ¼ cup chia seeds  
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds  
  • ¼ cup flax seeds  
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds  
  • 2 tsp Eversio 4 Mushroom Blend 
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup or honey  
  • 1 tsp vanilla  
  • 2 tsp cinnamon  
  • 1 pinch sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees  
  • In a large mixing bowl, add all your ingredients. Mix them until well combined
  • Line a muffin tin with liners. Place about 3 tbsp of the seedy mixture into each liner. Press them down so they are tightly compacted 
  • Place in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until lightly golden brown and toasted 
  • Once cooled for about 5 minutes, place them in the fridge or freezer to harden before removing them from the liner!
  • Store them in a sealed container in the freezer or fridge
