INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ⅓ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ⅛ tsp sea salt

DIRECTIONS

In a food processor, combine the shredded coconut, protein powder, camu camu, mushroom powder, and sea salt. Blend until the mixture becomes delicate and crumbly.

Add the strawberries, macadamia nut butter, and water. Blend again until the mixture is fully incorporated and a sticky dough forms.

Using a 1-inch cookie scoop or spoon, roll the mixture into balls.

Place the balls in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.

Makes approximately 15 delicious bites.
