Today, we're sharing delicious and unique mushroom-inspired mocktail recipes that you can prepare using any of the medicinal mushroom blends from Eversio Wellness: Awaken BlendBalance Blend, and Rejuvenate Blend.

Ingredients:

• 2.0 oz non-alcoholic spirit (we like Sobrii 0-Gin or Seedlip Garden)

                        Instructions:

                        • Slice the mushrooms in half, exposing their cap underside.

                                  • 1 whole turkey (12-14 pounds)

                                  • 1/4 cup melted butter (or dairy-free alternative)
                                  • 1 onion, peeled and quartered
                                  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
                                  • Salt and pepper, to taste
                                  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
                                  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme
                                  • 1 lemon, halved
                                  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth

                                    Instructions:

                                    • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
                                    • Remove the turkey from its packaging and pat it dry with paper towels.
