We Ship to Canada, the USA, and now Australia

We’re excited to deliver Eversio Wellness products right to your door!

For Canadian Shoppers: 

Spend $75 CAD or more and your order ships FREE.

Orders under $75 CAD ship for just $8.99 CAD.

We ship via Canada Post, UPS, or another trusted courier.

Canada Post: While Canada Post negotiations still on, we’re shipping with alternative carriers. 

For US Shoppers:

Spend $75 USD or more and your order ships FREE.

Orders under $75 USD have a flat shipping rate of $8.99 USD.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or another trusted courier.

For Australian Shoppers:

We’re thrilled to now offer shipping to Australia!

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size and weight.

We offer both International Standard (10-14 business days) and International Expedited (4-5 business days).

All orders ship out of our US Warehouse. 

**Please note: we do not offer returns on international orders.

A quick note on taxes & regulations:
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties and agree to comply with Canadian and US export laws for the products they receive.

Estimated Shipping Times/Delays

When selecting your shipping method at checkout, please remember that the stated transit time for your order is an estimate. Shipping estimates do not include the order processing time of 1-3 business days. 

We cannot guarantee delivery timelines as mail carriers across Canada and the US are continuing to experience delays and Australian international shipments can get delayed in customs. These delays are beyond our control. 

For updates on your shipment, please check your order confirmation email for the tracking details and follow up with the carrier. 

We do not offer shipping cost refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses, or packages marked as delivered but not received. 

If a shipment is returned to us undelivered, you will have the option to be refunded for the product (minus the original shipping fee), or we can reship the order to a new address. Re-shipping your order to a new address will incur a shipping fee

If you refuse the delivery of your package, the shipping fee associated with the return of the package to Eversio will be deducted from the total cost of your order refund. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Products

Eversio will not be liable for any loss, damages or expenses due to shipping. Title and risk of loss is passed to the customer once the order is transferred to the third-party shipping service provider.
