Balance Bliss Bites

Looking for quick, healthy + delicious snack? Start your week with a batch of our BALANCE BLISS BALLS!

  • 1 cup medjool dates⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 cup raw cashews⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 2 tbsp Eversio Wellness BALANCE 4 mushroom blend⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 tsp vanilla⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1/2 cup almond butter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • OPTIONAL : 1 tbsp each chia seeds + shredded coconut or flakes for rolling⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Blend dates, cashews, Eversio Wellness Balance Blend, salt, cacao powder and vanilla in food processor or high speed blender until mixture is crumbly.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Add almond butter and maple syrup. Gently combine. Take 1 tbsp portions of mixture and create bites.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Optional - roll bites in chia seeds, flaked or shredded coconut or Balance blend⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
