INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats or large flake oatsΒ 
  • ΒΌ tsp cinnamonΒ 
  • 1 tbsp brown sugarΒ 
  • Β½ tspΒ Eversio Wellness AWAKEN 3 Mushroom Blend
  • ΒΌ to Β½ cup plant milkΒ 
  • 1 banana, slicedΒ 
  • 1 tbsp each coconut oil + maple syrupΒ 
  • Almond butter + cacao nibsΒ 
  1. Add to a small saucepan add oats, cinnamon + brown sugar. cover with water, bring to a boil and let simmer for 7-8 minutes until oats are cooked.Β Β Β 
  2. In another saucepan, combine coconut oil + maple syrupΒ 
  3. Add bananas until they are brown + caramelized.Β 
  4. Transfer oats to your favorite bowl. Add milk + Awaken blend. Mix well.Β 
  5. Top with bananas and almond butter + cacao nibsΒ
