INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats or large flake oats 
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar 
  • ½ tsp Eversio Wellness AWAKEN 3 Mushroom Blend
  • ¼ to ½ cup plant milk 
  • 1 banana, sliced 
  • 1 tbsp each coconut oil + maple syrup 
  • Almond butter + cacao nibs 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add oats, cinnamon, and brown sugar to a small saucepan. Cover with water, bring to a boil, and let simmer for 7-8 minutes until the oats are cooked.   
  2. In another saucepan, combine coconut oil + maple syrup 
  3. Add bananas until they are brown + caramelized. 
  4. Transfer oats to your favorite bowl. Add milk + Awaken blend. Mix well. 
  5. Top with bananas and almond butter + cacao nibs
