INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup rolled oats or large flake oats
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp Eversio Wellness AWAKEN 3 Mushroom Blend
- ¼ to ½ cup plant milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp each coconut oil + maple syrup
- Almond butter + cacao nibs
DIRECTIONS
- Add oats, cinnamon, and brown sugar to a small saucepan. Cover with water, bring to a boil, and let simmer for 7-8 minutes until the oats are cooked.
- In another saucepan, combine coconut oil + maple syrup
- Add bananas until they are brown + caramelized.
- Transfer oats to your favorite bowl. Add milk + Awaken blend. Mix well.
