Start your morning with this delicious bowl!
Makes 1 serving
1/3 cup rolled oats or large flake oats
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp @eversiowellness Awaken 3 Mushroom Daily Activation Blend
¼ to ½ cup plant milk
1 banana, sliced
1 tbsp each coconut oil + maple syrup
Almond butter + cacao nibs
Add to a small saucepan add oats, cinnamon + brown sugar. cover with water, bring to a boil and let simmer for 7-8 minutes until oats are cooked.
In another saucepan, combine coconut oil + maple syrup
Add bananas until they are brown + caramelized.
Transfer oats to your favorite bowl. Add milk + Awaken blend. Mix well.
Top with bananas and almond butter + cacao nibs
