BALANCE Chia Pudding Parfait

Balance Chia Pudding Parfait 

Serves 2 

 

4 tbsp chia seeds 

1 can coconut milk 

3 tbsp raw cacao powder 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

2-3 tbsp maple syrup 

2 tsp @eversiowellness Balance 4 Mushroom Blend 

Mix all ingredients for chia pudding. Chill overnight.  

 

For layering  

1 - 1.5 bananas, sliced 

1 cup coconut yogurt 

Cinnamon stick + ground cinnamon for sprinkling 

Layer in your favourite glass with yogurt, bananas, cinnamon sprinkle. Cinnamon stick for garnish - optional.
