BALANCE Chia Pudding Parfait

*Recipe makes 2 servings

 INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 1 can coconut milk 
  • 3 tbsp raw cacao powder 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 2 tsp Eversio Wellness BALANCE 4 Mushroom Blend
  • Mix all ingredients for chia pudding. Chill overnight

 DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients for chia pudding
  • CHILL overnight
  • Layer in your favourite glass with yogurt, bananas, cinnamon sprinkle. Cinnamon stick for garnish - optional. 

For layering  

  • 1 - 1.5 bananas, sliced 
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt 
  • Cinnamon stick + ground cinnamon for sprinkling
