INGREDIENTS
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 can coconut milk
- 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp Eversio Wellness BALANCE 4 Mushroom Blend
- Mix all ingredients for chia pudding. Chill overnight
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients for chia pudding
- CHILL overnight
- Layer in your favourite glass with yogurt, bananas, cinnamon sprinkle. Cinnamon stick for garnish - optional.
For layering
- 1 - 1.5 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- Cinnamon stick + ground cinnamon for sprinkling
