One of our all-time favourite breakfasts is this berry chia seed pudding!
And, it's not your typical chia pudding. Our friend, Easton Gilowski, spiced things up by adding chia, hemp, and flax seeds, as well as frozen berries. So it’s packed with fibre, protein, healthy fats, iron, and it's loaded with antioxidants.
We are so excited to share this delightful, nourishing, and also incredibly easy breakfast recipe that we know you'll love for those busy on the go mornings.
