INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup raw walnuts, soaked for 2-4 hrs
• 1 ½ cups medjool dates, pitted & soaked for 2-4 hrs
• ½ cup raw cacao powder
• ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes, divided
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 2 tsp 6 Mushroom Blend (Rejuvenate) by @eversiowellness
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp cardamom
• ⅛ tsp pink salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Drain dates & walnuts
2. Add ¼ cup of coconut flakes & the rest of the ingredients into a food processor & blend until you get a smooth & uniform texture
3. Sprinkle the rest of the coconut flakes onto a small plate
4. Using 1 Tbsp of batter at a time, roll the brownies into a ball between your palms, then roll them in coconut flakes
Keep in the fridge for 3 days or store in the freezer for up to 2 months (if you can make them last that long)
