AWAKEN Chocolate Frosty

Beat the summer heat with this delicious plant based, gluten-free SHROOMY FROSTY! 

Serves 3-4  

  • 4 cups of your favourite plant based chocolate milk OR homemade (see recipe below!) 
  • ½-¾ cup almond or oat milk 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 tbsp organic icing sugar 
  • 2 tsp Eversio Wellness AWAKEN 3 Mushroom Blend

Pour chocolate milk into ice cube trays and freeze overnight. 

Add cubes to blender with almond/oat milk (adding ½ cup first then more if needed), vanilla, icing sugar + AWAKEN 3 Mushroom Blend

Blend until smooth! Add more almond/oat milk if needed to thin or additional ice cubes to make thicker. 

Homemade Chocolate Milk 

  • 4 cups almond or oat milk 
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder 
  • Sweeten to taste
