Peanut Butter Protein Bars ft. Rejuvenate Blend

👇This is the perfect high-protein fall snack to curb your cravings:

BAR INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 1 scoop protein powder


TOPPING INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup semi-sweet dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 pinch sea salt

  • 1 tsp Eversio Wellness Rejuvenate 6 Mushroom Blend (for a loving dose of health benefits)

DIRECTIONS

Mix all BAR ingredients and place in a lined baking dish. Place in the freezer while you prepare the topping.

Mix chocolate and peanut butter in a saucepan on low heat; add sea salt and mushroom extract blend.

Pour topping over cooled bars, sprinkle with sea salt, and place back into the freezer for 30 min to harden.

    What is the measurement for the coconut flour? It just says 1/2
