All Natural Ingredients
These bites are vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free and are naturally sweetened with the deliciousness of DATES! Sea salt and cinnamon give them and extra layer of flavour to leave you feeling satisfied and powered up to get you through to dinner time! They come together in no time and require no baking. All natural never tasted so good! Let's get rolling!
- 8-10 large pitted Medjool dates
- 1 cup seeds of choice (we use pumpkin, sunflower, chia, and hemp!)
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- ½ cup raw cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp Eversio Wellness Awaken Blend
- OPTIONAL - coconut for rolling
Add dates, seeds, cocoa, cinnamon, salt, and mushroom extracts into a blender or food processor and blend until combined on medium speed. Add in coconut oil and blend again until the mixture sticks together.
NOTE: if dates are dry, soak in warm water for 10 minutes before using.
Scoop the mixture using a cookie scoop or tablespoon and roll into a ball. Continue with the remaining mixture and place onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet or plate.
OPTIONAL: Roll in powdered coconut.
Chill in the refrigerator and enjoy!
