- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tbsp plant milk - I used oat milk.
- 1 tbsp collagen
- 2 tbsp plant protein powder
- 1 tsp @eversiowellness AWAKEN Daily Activation 3 Mushroom Blend
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
Blend all ingredients on low speed until smooth. Use tamper if needed.
Pour into your favourite bowl and top with ½ cup frozen berries, granola + honey / maple syrup.
