Calling all banana bread lovers. If you've got a couple of bananas going spotty on the counter, this is your sign. These no-bake protein balls deliver everything you love about a warm slice of banana bread (cinnamon, vanilla, a little chocolate) without turning on the oven.
Everything goes into one bowl. Ripe banana brings natural sweetness, peanut butter and oats give it staying power, and a spoonful of Eversio 4 Mushroom Blend makes your daily mushrooms easy to work into a snack you'll actually reach for. Add a scoop of vanilla protein if you want an extra boost after a workout or between meetings.
Roll them, freeze them, and keep a stash ready for your next ripe-banana emergency.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Freeze time: 30 to 60 minutes
Makes: about 18 to 20 balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 extra-ripe banana, mashed
- ½ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tsp Eversio 4 Mushroom Blend
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Mix the dough: Add the peanut butter, mashed banana, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, sea salt, Eversio 4 Mushroom Blend, and protein powder (if using) to a large bowl. Stir until smooth, then fold in the rolled oats and mini chocolate chips until everything is fully combined.
Shape the balls: Scoop the mixture into balls of your preferred size and roll them between your palms. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze to set: Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer for 30 to 60 minutes, until the balls are firm.
Store: Move the set balls to an airtight container and keep them in the freezer for best freshness.
Enjoy! Grab one straight from the freezer or let it sit for a few minutes to soften slightly before eating.
Tip: If the dough feels too sticky to roll, add a few more tablespoons of oats or chill it for 10 minutes first.
