INGREDIENTS
Chocolate Bark
- 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp Eversio 5 Mushroom Blend
- 2–3 cups gluten-free pretzels
Salted Toffee Layer
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Toppings
- Crushed almonds or nuts of choice
- Flaky sea salt

DIRECTIONS
Melt the chocolate base: In a small saucepan over low heat, gently melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the Eversio 5 Mushroom Blend until fully dissolved and glossy.
Create the chocolate layer: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate onto the sheet and spread it into an even layer. While the chocolate is still soft, gently press the pretzels into the surface. Transfer to the freezer to firm up while you prepare the toffee layer.
Make the toffee drizzle: In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together the coconut oil, maple syrup, peanut butter, sea salt, and vanilla. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until smooth and slightly thickened.
Assemble: Drizzle the warm toffee mixture evenly over the pretzels. If you have extra melted chocolate, feel free to drizzle a little over the top for an extra chocolatey finish.
Finish & set: Sprinkle with crushed almonds, flaky sea salt, or your favourite toppings. Chill in the fridge or freezer for 15–25 minutes, until fully set. Break or slice into pieces and enjoy.
