INGREDIENTS
- 1¼ cups almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 2 pears (cored and diced)
- 4 eggs (whisked)
- ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup Greek yogurt

DIRECTIONS
Blend the Batter: In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, cardamom, baking soda, 3 Mushroom Blend powder, and sea salt. Add diced pears, eggs, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and Greek yogurt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.
Prepare the Pan: Preheat the oven to 350ºF (177ºC) and line a muffin tray with unbleached liners.
