There’s something magical about the cozy flavours of pumpkin and chai blending together as the seasons change. These Pumpkin Chai Energy Bites are everything you love about fall—warm spices, creamy texture, and wholesome ingredients that fuel your body and mind. Perfect for on-the-go mornings, afternoon slumps, or a healthy treat with your favorite warm drink.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup organic old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup pumpkin purée
- ⅓ cup almond butter or peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp ground flax or hemp seeds
- 1 tsp Eversio 5 Mushroom Blend
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp allspice
- ¼ tsp ginger
- ¼ tsp cardamom
- Pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS
Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, ground flax (or hemp seeds), Eversio 5 Mushroom Blend, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, cardamom, and sea salt.
Add the Wet Ingredients: Add pumpkin purée, almond or peanut butter, and honey or maple syrup. Stir until the mixture is smooth, sticky, and well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as desired.
Shape the Balls: Roll the mixture into evenly sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter) using your hands or a small cookie scoop.
Chill to Set: Place the energy balls on a parchment-lined plate or tray and chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
Store & Enjoy: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or in the freezer for up to one month. Enjoy straight from the fridge for a cool, chewy snack bursting with cozy chai flavor!
