INGREDIENTS

Dry Ingredients

  • 4 cups brown rice cereal
  • ½ cup cacao nibs
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds

Wet Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons 3 Mushroom Blend

DIRECTIONS

Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the brown rice cereal, cacao nibs, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and flax seeds. Stir until evenly distributed.

Warm the Wet Ingredients: In a small saucepan over low to medium heat, gently warm the tahini and honey until smooth and fully combined. Do not let it boil.

Add the Flavour + Functional Boost: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cinnamon, sea salt, vanilla extract, and 3 Mushroom Blend until fully incorporated.

Combine Everything: Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until every piece of cereal is coated.

Press and Set: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the pan and press down firmly using a spatula or your hands. The firmer you press, the better the bars will hold together.

Freeze: Place the pan in the freezer for 60 minutes, or until fully set.

Slice and Store: Remove from the freezer, slice into squares, and store in an airtight container in the fridge (up to one week) or freezer (up to one month).
