Chocolate Chia Parfait ft. 4MB

There’s something so comforting about starting the day with something that feels indulgent, but secretly isn’t. This Chocolate Chia Parfait is one of my favorite go-to breakfasts when I want to feel like I’m treating myself, without straying from healthy intentions. It’s rich, creamy, slightly sweet, and packed with fiber, protein, and all the good things your body loves.

Chia seeds create the dreamy pudding texture, while raw cacao and cinnamon bring warmth and flavor. Add a swirl of Greek yogurt for creaminess, and top it with fruit or nut butter for that satisfying crunch and pop of freshness. This parfait is versatile, energizing, and can easily be made the night before for a quick grab-and-go breakfast or post-workout snack.

Healthy Breakfast Parfait in a Glass Jar – Ready to Serve

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 ½ tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (your choice!)
  • 1 teaspoon Eversio 4 MB (for that functional mushroom magic)
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup Greek yogurt

Toppings (optional):

  • Fresh berries, banana slices, kiwi
  • Chopped nuts or seeds
  • A spoonful of nut butter

DIRECTIONS

Whisk the pudding
Combine the chia seeds, almond milk, cacao powder, honey or maple syrup, Eversio 4 MB, sea salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Whisk everything together until smooth and well combined.

Let it set
Let the chia mixture sit for about 10–15 minutes, giving it time to thicken into a pudding-like consistency. If you're prepping ahead, you can also refrigerate it overnight.

Layer your parfait
Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of your parfait glass or jar. Add the thickened chia pudding on top, then finish with the remaining Greek yogurt.

Add your toppings
Now the fun part—pile on your favorite toppings! I love fresh strawberries and a drizzle of almond butter, but you can get creative.

Whether fueling up for a busy day or winding down with a wholesome snack, this chocolate chia parfait strikes the perfect balance between nutrition and decadence. It’s proof that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring—or time-consuming.
