DIRECTIONS

Melt the Chocolate and Coconut Oil
In a small saucepan over low heat, gently melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together. Stir continuously until smooth and fully combined.

Incorporate the Mushroom Blend
Add the mushroom blend and mix until evenly distributed. This adds a mild, earthy flavor and enhances the bark with adaptogenic properties.

Spread the Mixture
Pour the melted mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread it out evenly with a spatula, keeping the layer moderately thick to support the toppings.

Add the Toppings
Sprinkle the trail mix or nut and seed mixture over the chocolate. Press lightly to ensure the toppings adhere to the surface.

Finish with Flakey Sea Salt
Add a sprinkle of flakey sea salt to enhance the flavor profile with a touch of crunch and saltiness.

Freeze and Break
Transfer the tray to the freezer and let it set for 20–30 minutes. Once hardened, break the bark into irregular pieces.
