INGREDIENTS

Raspberry Chia Jam

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp filtered water
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • A pinch of flakey sea salt
  • 1 tsp Eversio Wellness 3 Mushroom Blend

  • 8 oz organic cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • A pinch of sea salt

To Serve

  • Fresh sourdough bread, sliced and toasted

DIRECTIONS

Make the Raspberry Chia Jam

In a small saucepan over low to medium heat, add your raspberries and water. Stir occasionally as the berries begin to soften and break down—this should take about 3–4 minutes.

Once softened, add in chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, a pinch of flakey sea salt, and Eversio 3 Mushroom Blend. Stir well to combine, and allow the mixture to simmer gently for another 5 minutes until thickened.

Transfer to a clean glass jar and refrigerate until cool. The jam will continue to set as it chills.

Whip the Cream Cheese

In a medium bowl, add your softened cream cheese and beat with a handheld mixer until light and creamy—this may take a few minutes. Add the honey and a pinch of sea salt, then whip again until well combined and fluffy.

Assemble the Toast

Toast your favorite sourdough slices to golden perfection. Generously spread the honey whipped cream cheese onto each slice, then spoon over your homemade raspberry chia jam.

Finish with a light drizzle of honey and a final pinch of flakey sea salt for balance.
