INGREDIENTS

Servings: 2 | Time: 5 minutes

  • 1 can wild salmon (drained, deboned)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice + ½ tsp zest
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped shallot

  • 1 medium avocado, halved and pitted

DIRECTIONS

Mix the Filling – In a bowl, combine the salmon, mayonnaise, shallot, lemon juice/zest, horseradish, dill, mushroom blend, and salt/pepper. Stir until well combined.

Prep the Avocado – Gently scrape about a tablespoon of flesh from each avocado half and mix it into the salmon filling.
